Getting Here by Car

The Innovation Center sits just off NY-17 / I-86 on the south side of the Susquehanna River, adjacent to the Binghamton University Innovative Technologies Complex.

1. From the east (Albany / NYC via I-88 or I-81): Take I-81 South to Exit 4, then NY-17 West (I-86 West) toward Elmira. Exit at Exit 67N — Vestal Parkway East (NY-434).
2. From the west (Elmira / Corning / Syracuse via I-81 South): Take NY-17 East (I-86 East). Exit at Exit 67 — Vestal Parkway East (NY-434) toward Binghamton University.
3. Follow Vestal Parkway East (NY-434) for roughly 1 mile. Turn right onto Murray Hill Road at the traffic light by the Binghamton University entrance.
4. Continue up Murray Hill Road. 85 Murray Hill Rd is on your right — watch for signage for the Innovation Technologies Complex / Center of Excellence.
5. Suite 2400 is located on the upper level; building signage and an information desk are inside the main lobby.

Parking

Free Parking Lot Large lot directly south of the building cluster — near the Residence Inn. Plenty of free spaces; about a 2-minute walk up to the C4V Office.

The parking lot at 85 Murray Hill Rd has a mix of free visitor spaces, paid spaces and enforced / ticketed spaces. A quick read of this section before you arrive will save you a surprise parking ticket.

You have two free parking options:

1. Option 1 — Visitor spaces near the building. There are two free visitor lots in front of 85 Murray Hill Rd. The first row closest to the main entrance also contains a handful of paid spaces mixed in — read the signage on each individual space before parking. These fill quickly during business hours.
2. Option 2 — Free overflow at the far right end (recommended if you want zero risk). As you drive up Murray Hill Rd from Vestal Parkway, the large parking lot on your right extends well past 85 Murray Hill Rd. Continue all the way to the far right end, adjacent to the NYSEG Building. The spaces next to the NYSEG Building are free and plentiful. This is the farthest section from 85 Murray Hill Rd, so allow an extra 2–3 minutes to walk back, but it's the most reliable free option.
3. Any other spot in the lot is enforced and will lead to a ticket. Reserved spaces, staff-only rows and unmarked areas are all monitored.
4. Walk to the main lobby entrance (glass doors at the front of the building). Take the elevator on the right-hand side as you enter the lobby and press 2 for the second floor. Walk straight ahead (no left or right turns); as you reach a roundabout, C4V — Suite 2400 is right there on your left. A large C4V logo is clearly visible from the roundabout. When You Arrive

1. Follow the walking directions from Parking above — lobby, elevator on the right, press 2, straight ahead to the roundabout, Suite 2400 on your left (watch for the large C4V logo).
2. At C4V reception in Suite 2400, let the team know you've arrived and the name of your host. A C4V team member will greet you and walk you in.
