Getting Here by Car

Near Prime's Endicott site is in the village of Endicott, just north of the Susquehanna River and a few minutes off NY-17 / I-86. If you're also visiting the C4V Innovation Center in Vestal, the two sites are about 15 minutes apart by car.

  1. From the east (Albany / NYC / I-88 / I-81): Take I-81 South to NY-17 West / I-86 West (toward Elmira). Exit at Exit 67 or Exit 68 into the Endicott / Johnson City area.
  2. From the west (Elmira / Corning / Syracuse): Take NY-17 East / I-86 East. Exit at Exit 70 (NY-26 / North Street) toward Endicott.
  3. From the exit, follow signs into the village of Endicott. Continue on the main cross-town route (North Street / McKinley Avenue) toward the residential district.
  4. Turn onto Hill Avenue. Near Prime Technologies is at 38 Hill Avenue — look for Near Prime signage at the main gate.
  5. The main visitor entrance and guard house are at the front of the property.
Tip: In most navigation apps, searching for “Near Prime Technologies Endicott NY” or the full address “38 Hill Avenue, Endicott, NY 13760” will route you directly. The closest major reference point is the village of Endicott; cellular coverage is reliable throughout.

Parking

Visitor parking is available on-site. Our team will guide you through the gate on arrival.

  1. Pull up to the main gate at 38 Hill Avenue.
  2. Identify yourself to the gate attendant as a guest of Shailesh Upreti (or the name of the host you're meeting). They'll check you in against the day's visitor list.
  3. Follow signs to Visitor Parking near the main office entrance. Please avoid loading docks, fire lanes and any areas marked for manufacturing traffic.
  4. Walk to the main office entrance. Reception will greet you and notify your host.
Tour note: Near Prime is an active cell manufacturing site. Closed-toe shoes are required on the production floor; ESD smocks, safety glasses and hearing protection will be provided at the briefing. Please avoid wearing loose jewelry or scarves during the tour.

Traveling by Air

Endicott sits in New York's Southern Tier. Depending on where you're flying from, these are the airports most visitors use:

Ground Transport

Uber and Lyft operate from BGM, SYR, ITH and all NYC-area airports. Enterprise, Hertz, Avis and National have counters at SYR, EWR and PHL. For groups of 3–6, a private car from SYR typically runs $180–$260 one-way; we're happy to help coordinate.

Recommended Hotels

DoubleTree by Hilton Binghamton, Homewood Suites Binghamton/Vestal and Holiday Inn Binghamton-Vestal Road are all within 10–20 minutes of Endicott. Ask Alex and we'll share a current shortlist with negotiated rates where available.

When You Arrive

  1. Check in at the main gate and identify the host you are visiting.
  2. Park in Visitor Parking near the main office entrance.
  3. At reception, you'll receive a visitor badge and a brief site-safety walkthrough before the tour.

Please plan for 10–15 minutes at arrival for security check-in, badge issuance and PPE pick-up before the tour starts. For groups of 6 or more, allow a little longer.
